Lobby bar
It is located in the hotel’s lobby and has a capacity of 50 indoor and 16 outdoor seats. The lobby bar offers a wide range of hot, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, sandwiches, premium beer and homemade desserts.

Restaurant
It has a capacity of 60 indoor seats and an outdoor garden terrace with a capacity of 48 seats. The Etar restaurant is a perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy exquisite European cuisine with an authentic Balkan flavour. Fresh meat products are used in the preparation of the food, and the recipes are inspired by traditions and by modern culinary techniques. The cosy feel, combined with the hospitality of the Etar restaurant team, creates a unique atmosphere for an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Revival-style traditional tavern
The Revival-style tavern is located at the Etar Museum. It has 60 indoor seats and a garden with a 90-seat capacity. It offers a variety of dishes from the Bulgarian national cuisine, selected seasonal dishes according to authentic recipes, fast and quality service.
The Revival-style tavern is open from 10:00 to 19:00 h during the summer season (May–September) and from 10:00 to 17:00 h during the winter season (October–April).
