The Etar Hotel has two suites. Each of them is equipped with a bedroom and a seating area. The colour scheme of interiors displays soft, pastel hues, and bed linen is made of high-quality fabrics.

The quoted rate is per unit and includes: accommodation, buffet breakfast, insurance and 9% VAT. The rate does not include tourist tax which amounts to BGN 0.55 per person per day, according to the provisions under Art. 61p, para. 4, of the Local Taxes and Fees Act.

Discounts
- Children up to 6 y/o stay free of charge.
- Licensed tour operators who have contracts with the Etar REOM – 20%
- Groups of 10+ persons booked in advance for more than 5 nights – 15%
- For longer stays: at least 5 nights or more – 10%
- The guests of the hotel receive a one-time discount amounting to 50% off the value of a regular entrance ticket if visiting the Etar Museum. For more than one night of accommodation, each subsequent visit is free of charge.
Check-in, checkout, and cleaning hours
In a bid to provide you with better service, standards for accommodation, checkout and cleaning of rooms have been established at the Etar Hotel.
*In case cleaning of the room has been refused or a red sign has been used reading "Please, do not disturb!" at the designated times (from 09:30 to 15:30 h), cleaning takes place on the next day.

- Cleaning of rooms – from 09:30 to 15:30 h*

Extra services
- Free parking near the hotel
- Laundry service for clothes – clothes are collected at the Reception, Monday through Thursday, from 07:00 to 10:00 h. Laundered clothes are returned on the following day by 11:30 h. The laundry service rate depends on clothes’ types and ranges from BGN 8 to 20 including VAT.
Payments
Payments are made at the Reception from 08:00 to 22:00 h, with due amounts accepted in cash, by credit/debit card (VISA, Master Card, Maestro) or by bank transfer.
Cancellation fee
When cancelling a confirmed reservation (not applicable for package and holiday offers) 10 (ten) or more days before the check-in date, the customer does not owe a penalty.
The Etar Hotel reserves its right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure. In such cases, the customer is free to choose between two options:

- booking accommodation for a different period under the same conditions and rates;
- getting a refund of the advance payment within 30 days (thirty days) from the date of receipt of the written request by the customer, with no penalty due to the latter.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
